The tourism industry has a complex supply chain that involves multiple sectors and stakeholders. The ITMP helps unify our efforts to ensure we're all working together towards common goals and objectives through the collective impact model. After extensive consultation and engagement, 28 initiatives were identified and developed with a community-first approach to maximize tourism benefits for all 210+ communities in the Halifax region.
