2024 Official Visitor Guide to Halifax is now available

Meticulously crafted by the Discover Halifax team, the Visitor Guide is produced in-house with contributions from local artists and knowledgeable writers. The 2024 edition is the biggest so far, ensuring all visitors can find at least one section that speaks to them.
Featuring informative stories, curated content, and creative experiences designed to help you go from considering Halifax to booking that trip, the 2024 Visitor Guide is truly a comprehensive resource.
While much of the content remains consistent year over year (including maps, regional descriptions, and information about transit options), there are a few new additions in the 2024 edition, including:
- Weekend itineraries in rural regions;
- Ways to explore live music;
- How to travel sustainably;
- Ways to explore Halifax Harbour; and
- Tips to select the perfect beach.
