Halifax, NS – This weekend, Discover Halifax is launching Halifax’s first-ever annual Attractions Week. Running from May 12 to May 19, Halifax Attractions Week aims to increase awareness and help solidify Halifax as a destination with diverse, world-class attractions that appeal to all types of visitors.

The main components of Attractions Week are the 7 signature attraction’s special offers and the newly developed “Stamp & Win” map that participants will need in order to take advantage of the offers and qualify to win a free Attractions Week tote bag.

“We are fortunate to have such an attractions rich region, and our hope is Attractions Week will turn into an annual event that helps to attract even more visitors”, says Erica Pellerin, VP Marketing and Visitor Experience with Discover Halifax. “Attractions Week is another example of just how much there is to see and do in Halifax.
