Overview

Developing an iconic lighting or architectural feature will boost Halifax’s nighttime economy and reinforce its urban identity. Inspired by examples in other great destinations, installations can animate the waterfront, highlight landmarks, and extend visitation into evenings and winter months. Beyond aesthetics, they can increase dwell time and drive business for restaurants and venues, serving as a tourism driver and civic symbol.
